With over 35 years in the insurance industry, Soumen is the Chairman of Torus Group. He has held key roles at Allianz Australia, Allianz SE, and was instrumental in establishing Bajaj Allianz. He served as Group CEO at Reliance Capital and was Managing Director of Bharti Enterprises' financial services arm.

With an exceptional career spanning over 45 years in domestic and international banking and capital markets, Ghanshyam has a deep understanding of global markets and regulations across the USA, EU, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and India. He has held key roles at KPMG, Intel Capital, and NASDAQ OMX in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Former Whole-time Member (Life) at IRDAI, Sudhin has a wealth of experience with LIC since 1977. He has held key marketing and service roles in India and abroad, including Executive Director at LIC's Central Office in Mumbai and CEO & MD of LIC (International) B.S.C. Bahrain.
